5 basic rules we follow in our homes!

1. Keep at least 1 meter distance to people you don't know.
2. Do not shake hands when welcoming someone.
3. We recommend wearing a face mask when being in a group of people.
4. Wash you hands several times a day.
5. Sneeze or cough into your ellbow or a tissue.

Extra measures that we implement in our apartments and chalets

• Our employees who come into contact with guests wear mouth and nose protection.
• Our employees are tested regularly for Covid 19.
• Our employees follow the 5 basic rules for dealing with Covid 19 (see above).
• We clean touched surfaces more often and intensively than normal (e.g. door knobs/ handles, light switches, railings, fittings, remote controls, etc.). That applies to your accommodation as well as to all general and shared entrance and transit areas.
• We are going to expand our cleaning team for the upcoming winter season to ensure the best possible hygiene standard.
• Disinfectant dispensers are available at all central positions.
• All apartments are properly cleaned, disinfected and aired after each stay. We also request that you air your accommodation regularly during your stay.

VIRAL OFF mouth and nose protection (MNP) are available at our reception. For this special winter season our tourism association has developed a casually branded MNP together with the company Maloja from Bavaria with a Viral OFF function. This function guarantees a virus reduction of 99% or more. Of course, we only charge you the initial purchase price. You can get these snoods (MNP) for € 4,50 at our reception.

You can also purchase conventional snoods at our mountain railways at the cash desk.

Despite the current situation, we are optimistic we will all experience a wonderful winter and a free feeling holiday on our extensive ski slopes that can be appreciated for a long time to come. We all do our best to guarantee you an unforgettable winter vacation.
